Rootra:reset weaves together vinyasa flow, meditation and journaling to help you settle your mind and reconnect with your inner world.
These sessions are curated by a psychotherapist and a yoga teacher to shift you out of autopilot and back into presence.
Think of it as a weekly reset: a moment to breathe deeply, check in with yourself, and walk away clearer, lighter, and a little more grounded than when you arrived.
A shared space to slow down
At the heart of rootra:reset is a sense of community. These sessions are designed to be shared - a reminder that slowing down doesn’t have to be a solitary experience.
You’re invited into a warm, welcoming space where you can feel a part of something, without pressure to perform.
After each session, you are offered a complementary, homemade wellness shot. These are carefully created to support recovery and further the state of calm. They offer a lovely bridge to connect further with others, giving time and space to build a sense of community.
At the end of every rootra:reset, there is the option to order something delicious from Pretty Earth’s café. This is locked off just for us, so sip something nourishing, chat with like-minded people, and soak in the post-yoga high.
Connection is part of the practice. Stay as long as it feels right for you.
Who’s it for?
Rootra:reset is for anyone craving space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect - no prior yoga or journalling experience needed. All practices are invitational, with space to rest, adapt, or simply be.
Session length: 90 minutes
Due to limited mats, we ask that you provide 24 hours notice if you no longer can attend the session. You can cancel or reschedule following the link in your confirmation email.

Rootra sessions are released in small batches to keep the space calm and intentional.
