  • Rootra:yoga is a welcoming vinyasa flow created to help you soften stress, strengthen your body, and reconnect with your breath.

    Each class combines mindful movement with grounding pauses and gentle nervous system regulation, leaving you feeling clearer, calmer, and more uplifted.

    Each session is 60 minutes.

  • We offer grounding, small-group rootra:yoga classes focused on slow, intentional movement, breathwork and deep rest. You’ll find foundations sessions for beginners, stronger flow classes for those wanting to build heat, and restorative practices to calm the nervous system. We also host occasional workshops and seasonal specials that weave in journaling, sound or meditation to support reflective wellbeing.

  • Our yoga classes are held from 8:00 to 9:00 pm on Mondays and 6:00 - 7:00 pm on Tuesdays.

  • Yoga classes will be held at Pretty Earth Hackney.

  • You can book your spot directly through our online bookings page: choose your class, select the date that works for you and complete the simple checkout to confirm. If a class is full, you can join the waitlist, and we’ll let you know if a space opens up. For assistance with bookings, passes, or concessions, please contact us.
