Welcome to rootra

A place that believes you don’t need to become someone “new”.

We simply need more space to reconnect with ourselves.

Rootra brings together yoga, meditation, psychology and reflection to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself and create space for what matters.

Meet the founders

What is rootra?

We believe that sometimes the answers we're looking for aren't found by doing more, but by creating enough space to pause.

To slow down. To notice what we're carrying. To understand ourselves a little more deeply - and reconnect with what makes us feel most like ourselves.

Rootra is an invitation to do exactly that.

Move

Reconnect with your body and gain confidence in it. Step out of your head and into the present moment.

Reflect

Look beneath the surface. Explore your thoughts, feelings and the patterns that shape your life.

Connect

With yourself, with others and with the things that help you feel grounded, supported and more you.

Rootra isn't about becoming a better version of yourself. It's about creating the space to reconnect with who you already are.

rootra30

30 days.

A little time for yourself, every day.

A 30-day online wellbeing course designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself and create meaningful space in your everyday life.

Each day, you'll be guided through a combination of:

  • Yoga: build strength and flexibility while reconnecting with your body.

  • Breath-work: slow down, reset and reconnect with your breath.

  • Guided meditation: cultivate stillness, presence and awareness.

  • Psychological insights: understand yourself, your mind and your patterns a little more deeply.

  • Yoga philosophy: bring greater meaning and perspective to your practice and everyday life.

  • Reflective journaling: explore what's happening beneath the surface and turn experience into insight.

Some days you'll have 30 minutes. Some days, you might only have 5. Rootra30 gives you the flexibility to choose what you need, without guilt when life gets in the way.

Something is growing…

Why we created rootra

Rootra was created from a simple belief: everyone deserves space to slow down, tune in and feel grounded again.

We wanted to create a different kind of wellbeing space - one that brings together movement, reflection and connection, and supports people before life becomes overwhelming.

Because Rootra isn't about fixing yourself or becoming someone new. It's about creating the space to reconnect with who you are, understand yourself more deeply and feel more confident in the person you already are.

That's why we're here.
